How to get appointments?
Number wise :
The token
number is given to you even on same day. It may take 5-7 hours
before you see the doctor. If the appointment is full for the same
day you will be posted for the next day. Referred patients are
given priority.
Time wise : This facility is basically for out stationed patients. A
particular time is allotted to you it may be possible only after
two days. Phone appointment are given to registered Patient.

Telephone: You have to contact on these numbers 0651-2531188 and 2531255
between 09.00 am to 08.00 pm on working days. You will be given
time wise appointment after two days.

through Internet: You have to fill-up the form. You will be given time wise
appointment after 36 hours after we receive your request.
Out-of-Turn: We charge INR
500.00 for almost immediate consultation ( Tatkal
Seva).

These
tests are mandatory before you see the doctor. All tests are
available within the hospital premises without any extra cost. You
will the get the printout of the prescription. The counselor at the
reception counter will explain the medicines.

The doctor may advice you to go for
certain specialized tests at extra cost. It may be done on the
same day.
Contact Lens
Sometimes demand
for contact Lens. Sometimes we advise you to so far Contact Lens.
All such patients are referred to our expert technician under our
guidance for the Contact Lenses and advise you for certain type of
contact lenses.
Our Contact
Lens clinic has of almost all type of contact lens. Some one
readily available and few may take couple of days. We give you the
feeling of what Contact Lens is. We try to see to it that you feel
comfortable with Contact Lens and use it regularly. After
dispensing, we hate to see any of our patient purchasing
Contact Lens to keep it in safe custody only.
Squint & Amblyopia
Some cases of squint
may be frank and some may become obvious only at times. It is very
true specially in cases of children.
Our squint and
orthoptic clinic is fully loaded with recent and advanced
equipment to take care of you. Before going to Squint and
Amblyopia clinic you will be given a routine eye examination to
rule out any other disease causing squint.
Our expert
technician under our guidance will check you and advise you for
either exercise or operation. If operation – one eye operation or
both eyes operation. Do you know
that a normal looking squint eye or weakness of the muscles of the
eye ball is a major cause of eye strain during studies and
headache?
Vitreo-Retinal

Vitreo Retinal
Clinic is not a common feature in a normal eye hospital. We have a
full fledged Vitreo Retinal clinic. Part of the Vitreo Retinal problem is scanned and taken care at the normal
routine check up 21may be added with some investigations.
Some are
referred to the F.F.A. & LASER clinic and some are advised to
go for Vitreo
Retinal Surgery. Vitreous
and retina is the inner part of the eye. It is very difficult to
show and demonstrate to you the real problem. But we have ways and
means to show the same to the attendant of the patient to an extent so that you understand
the gravity of the situation.
F.F.A. and Laser
Clinic
Diabetic for more
than 5 years, Long standing Diabetic, Diabetic with less vision,
Vision not improving with glass are some of many reasons for which you
are referred to F.F.A. & LASER clinic. Dr. Bharti Kashyap is
specially trained for F.F.A, OCT. and LASER.
You will be
called generally in the morning in empty stomach, with dilated pupil
along with attendant. After injecting the dye, F.F.A. test is done and
the detail of the disease and their mode of treatment is discussed with
you.
You may require Laser Therapy
after that which will be done at the same place. The LASER may be
done immediately after the F.F.A. It depends on the availability of
time and demand of your disease.

Optical Dispensing
The idea of having all the facilities under one roof has compelled
us to have Optical Dispensing in our premises. Apart from this, we
have the quality control of the optical shop.
If
you feel that the present prescribed glass does not suit you and
we find that you accept the power other than what was prescribed
earlier by us, your glass will be changed without any extra cost.
But this facility is granted to you only within 30 days of
dispensing.

Dispensing
By

addition is the Medicine Shop. You can purchase your entire
medicine from this shop. Quality and trust worthiness of the

Manager heads the administration. He looks after all the staff and DOT students. In case of
any problem, he is there for your immediate problems.
Department of Glaucoma
Investigation
Glaucoma is a silent killer of the eye. There are certain symptom
which may indicate the investigation of glaucoma.
Family history of glaucoma and certain kind of finding in your
eyes may lead to the investigation of glaucoma. Investigation
of Glaucoma may require Vision testing, measurement of Intra
Ocular Pressure, Visual Field Analysis and Gonioscopy and
Pachymetry. Diurnal variation is carried out.
The tests are done partly in the routine examination room and party
in Glaucoma Room. It is expected that you do not neglect
some investigation and must carry the result of the same in your
file for comparison later on.
